Abby Youngblood has been the Executive Director of the National Organic Coalition since 2015, leading strategic planning, governance, and policy advocacy to strengthen organic agriculture and protect organic integrity. With over 20 years of experience in organic farming and food justice, she fosters collaboration to drive change. Previously, Abby managed a $7.5 million grants initiative at a NYC-based foundation and co-owned a vegetable farm in upstate New York. She holds a master's degree in public policy and nonprofit management from NYU's Wagner School.
