Peter Koehler is a partner at Lumo Group. Lumo Group is a hands-on advisory firm dedicated to helping mission-driven companies plan for  the future with a specific focus on operational support and ownership transitions. Lumo works for clients who have a positive vision for the future. Prior to founding Lumo Group, Peter served as the Managing Director of Forcefield Capital, an SEC-registered broker dealer that helped business owners design and execute recapitalization, succession, and fundraising strategies that are aligned with their mission. Additionally, Peter spent five years as the Capital Strategy Advisor at Alternative Ownership Advisors, a consultancy dedicated to helping companies design and execute trust ownership transitions. Peter lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two daughters.
