Monique Kirby has been involved in organic produce marketing and wholesale distribution for over twelve years with Organically Grown Company (OGC). Earning her English degree from Indiana University, her background in organic food started in marketing, writing, communication and design. Transitioning to sales, she has spent the past seven years cultivating and nourishing vibrant organic produce programs for retailers, processors and restaurants. Currently in the role of Senior Account Representative, Monique is dedicated to the success of OGC’s growers and accounts and is passionate about sharing flavors and educating about produce varieties. She was recognized with the OGC “Coworker of the Year” award in 2023.
